1. Booking & Payment
A 50% deposit is required to secure all yacht bookings
Bookings are not confirmed until the deposit has been received
The remaining balance must be paid at the time of departure, prior to boarding the yacht
Failure to pay the remaining balance may result in cancellation of the booking without refund of the deposit
2. Cancellation Policy
All deposits are non-refundable once paid
In the event of cancellation by the client:
We may offer to reschedule the booking to a later date (subject to availability), or
Provide credit to be used for a future booking
If cancellation is requested more than 14 days before the booking date, we will attempt to re-sell the charter:
If successfully re-sold, a refund (minus any fees) may be issued at our discretion
This is not guaranteed
No-shows or same-day cancellations will result in loss of deposit.
3. Weather Conditions
In the event of unsafe or unsuitable weather conditions, as determined by the captain or operator:
The booking will be rescheduled to an alternative date, or
Credit will be issued for future use
Weather-related decisions are final and made for safety reasons
4. Pricing & Inclusions
All yacht bookings include all standard fees, taxes, and charges, unless otherwise stated at the time of booking
Any additional costs (including but not limited to fuel surcharges, premium drinks, crew gratuities, or special requests) will be communicated in advance or charged locally where applicable
5. Role of Bravo Ibiza (Important)
Bravo Ibiza acts strictly as an intermediary/booking agent between the client and third-party yacht operators
We do not own, operate, or control the yachts listed
The yacht operator is solely responsible for:
The vessel
Crew
Safety
Insurance
Delivery of the charter
By booking, clients agree that any claims relating to the operation of the yacht must be directed to the operator
6. Liability
Bravo Ibiza shall not be liable for:
Injury, loss, damage, delay, or inconvenience caused during the charter
Acts or omissions of third-party operators
Weather, sea conditions, or force majeure events
Liability is strictly limited to the amount paid directly to Bravo Ibiza for the booking
7. Client Responsibilities
The lead booker is responsible for all guests within their group
Clients must follow all instructions given by the captain and crew
Any damage, loss, or excessive cleaning caused during the charter may be charged directly by the operator
8. Safety & Conduct
The captain reserves the right to refuse boarding or terminate the charter without refund in cases of unsafe behaviour
9. Itinerary & Timing
Charter times are fixed unless agreed otherwise
Late arrival will reduce charter time without refund
Routes may be adjusted due to weather or operational requirements
10. Documentation
Clients will receive confirmation including:
Booking details
Location and marina details
Emergency contact information
Payment receipt
11. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for cancellations or changes caused by events beyond our control, including:
Weather conditions
Government restrictions
Strikes or transport issues
12. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
By making payment, clients agree to these Terms & Conditions
Clients agree not to initiate unjustified chargebacks
In the event of a dispute, these Terms will be relied upon as evidence of agreement
13. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales
Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England
14. Amendments
Bravo Ibiza reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time
The version in place at the time of booking will apply
